Toaster Strudel: Strudel Düdeler

The Strudel Düdeler made its debut in New York City, and for two full days, anyone who sent a tweet tagged with #strudelart describing how they get their mornings going received a photo of their Toaster Strudel personalized with a custom icing design.

Yoplait: Greek4Good

In an effort to satisfy both curiosity and hunger, Yoplait Greek recently launched an advertising and augmented reality campaign Greek4Good in New York City and Chicago. Surrounded by Greek messages, people on the street can decode the messages via a mobile app and help their local food bank in the process.

Better at Home

By tapping into the expertise of General Mills, busy moms will be able to plan a day’s, week’s or even month’s worth of meals in a flash, then take an aggregated shopping list to the store. Ultimately, with less stress and greater savings and efficiency, the movement will show mom that life really is better at home.

Pound for Pound

Obesity is an epidemic in the U.S., yet thousands go to bed hungry every night. How could this be addressed? Enter the Pound for Pound Challenge, sponsored by General Mills and partnered with NBC’s The Biggest Loser and the nonprofit Feeding America. For every pound lost, a pound of food was donated, resulting in more then 3.5 million pounds of food donations in year one.
